[15935 Forest Road, Forest, VA 24551; Telephone: (434) 525-9539; e-mail: info@tracs.org] having been awarded Reaffirmation of Accreditation (I) as a Category IV institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on December 11, 2025. This status is effective as of January 1, 2026, and is good through December 30, 2035. TRACS is recognized by the United States Department of Education (ED), the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).

California Victor University is a private institution and it is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, Department of Consumer Affairs, the State of California (BPPE), at 1747 North Market Blvd., Suite 225, Sacramento, CA 95834 or P.O. Box 980818, West Sacramento, CA 95798-0818, www.bppe.ca.gov, Telephone (888) 370-7589 or (916) 574-8900, Fax (916) 263-1897. The Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau) completed the review of California Victor University’s (Institution) Application for Renewal of Approval to Operate an Accredited Institution, #260123141991, received on January 20, 2026. The Institution is granted approval to operate under the terms of California Education Code (CEC) section 94890(a)(1). Per CEC section 94890(b), this approval is valid until December 31, 2035, which is coterminous with the Institution’s term of accreditation granted by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS). “Approved to operate” or “approved” means that an institution has received authorization, pursuant to the California Private Postsecondary Education Act, to offer the public and to provide postsecondary educational programs, and that approval to operate means compliance with state standards as set forth in the CEC and 5, CCR. This does not imply that the Bureau endorses programs or that Bureau approval means the institution exceeds minimum state standards [CEC §94909(a)(2) and §94897(l)(1)(2)].
